MHT CET Syllabus 2024(PCM): Weightage, Paper Pattern 

MHT CET Syllabus

The MHT CET 2024 Syllabus has been released by the Maharastra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The MHT CET exam is based on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.  For the PCM stream, the subjects are physics, chemistry, and  Mathematics. And for the PCB stream the subjects are physics, chemistry, and Biology. The MHT CET 2024 Syllabus for both PCM and PCB stream are available in PDF format only. The Syllabus of MHT CET exam is based on the class 11th and 12th syllabus. Candidates can download the MHT CET syllabus 2024 pdf by visiting the official website cetcell.mahacet.org. 

The exam contains approximately 20% weightage from the class 11th syllabus and 80% weightage from the class 12th syllabus. There is no negative marking in the MHT CET exam. The paper difficulty for PCM will be the same as the JEE Main exam and for PCB will be the same as the NEET.

The Maharastra State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced the exam dates for both Engineering and Pharmacy courses. The MHT CET exam is scheduled to be conducted from April 16th to April 30th, 2024. 

Syllabus for MHT CET 2024

The questions will be based on:

  1. The complete syllabus of class 12th of 2023 -24 of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics subjects prescribed by the State Council of Education Research and Training, Maharashtra.
  2. The syllabus of standard 11th of 2022-23 prescribed by the State Council of Education Research and Training, Maharashtra is mentioned below.
